The client undertakes to provide truthful information about their infrastructure and not to use the decoys for illegal activities. Any misuse of the security traps will be the sole responsibility of the contracting party.
Thepoisonedpill does not guarantee the detection of 100% of intrusions. Honeypots reduce risk but do not eliminate all threats. The company is not liable for damages resulting from attacks that evade the deployed systems.
All information shared during audits will be treated under strict confidentiality agreements. Neutralization reports are published only with the client's express authorization and without sensitive data.
